Rosemary & Castor Oil for Hair Growth

Apply the Oil:

Dispense a small amount of oil into the palm of your hand. The amount you use will depend on your hair length and thickness, but start with a few drops and adjust as needed.

Rub the oil between your palms to warm it up slightly. This helps the oil spread more easily and enhances absorption.

Starting from the roots, gently massage the oil into your scalp using your fingertips. Use circular motions to stimulate blood circulation and promote hair growth.
Continue to work the oil down the length of your hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. These areas tend to be drier and more prone to damage.

Make sure to distribute the oil evenly throughout your hair, ensuring every strand is coated.

5. Leave it In:

Once you've applied the oil, leave it in your hair for at least 30 minutes to allow it to penetrate and nourish your hair. For deeper conditioning, you can leave the oil in overnight and wash it out in the morning.

6. Rinse or Wash Out:

After the desired duration, rinse out the oil with warm water and shampoo. You may need to shampoo your hair twice to remove all traces of oil, especially if you applied a generous amount.

Alternatively, if you applied the oil overnight, you can wash it out in the morning as part of your regular shower routine.
