To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation).

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
